She is a results-oriented healthcare leader, administrator, certified phlebotomist, educator, consultant, strategic planner, and entrepreneur. As a healthcare leader and administrator, her focus is on value creation through quality, safety, service, improving healthcare costs, community engagement, operations, management and developing strong high-performing teams and businesses.

Mrs. Elliott is the co-founder and serving chief executive officer of Global Xams Phlebotomy Services. With a history in business administration healthcare management, Tina Elliott is responsible for overseeing all operations, revenue cycle management, business relationships, compliance, service line integration and managing the strategic direction of the company. She also serves as the founder and CEO of  Career Depot, LLC a resume writing and consulting company from 2015- Present,  Between 2013-2016, She served as the founder and CEO of  Just One Drop Mobile Phlebotomy Services, a Virginia base company. Tina Elliott possess a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in healthcare management and a bachelors of science in criminal justice with a concentration in forensics from her graduate alma mater, American Intercontinental University (Atlanta). Currently Mrs. Elliott is working on her PHD in healthcare management at University of Phoenix.
